We will hire with:
80/20 Commission Split, if you are experienced and a high producer agent
Free Online Marketing Tools provided
A personal website for $100 a year (Optional)
Transaction Coordinator available at additional expense to you
You will pay E&O insurance for each transaction you will close
Getting paid at the same day your escrow is closed
No desk, office or monthly fees, and work anywhere you like (ie Home, Starbucks, etc)
